I do a thorough evaluation into the goals and objectives of each client.  I search the MLS System for exactly those markers. We do not put our clients on an ‘auto-drip” campaign, it is too impersonal and we keep your information confidential.

For Sellers, I make sure that the house is staged properly and add some extra touches if needed.  I hold open house events every weekend.  For Buyers, I look for homes based on their top five 'must haves', I make myself available for any showing request.
